Ground-Shaker is pleased to offer Free Shipping for certain shipping services.  At checkout, you will be prompted to select a preferred shipping method for your item(s). Different shipping methods will be available so you can plan accordingly upon the arrival of your item(s). Each of the services offered has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. 
 
* It is important to us that your product gets to you on time. Therefore we ship via ups.
Handling time for order(s) are 2-3 business day's (Mon-Fri).
We do our best to ship every package within 2 days of receiving a cleared payment.
We ship to the "48 lower states" or "Contiguous States". This term excludes all off-shore U.S Territories and possessions, which include Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands. 
 
 
 Three day select & Other Services will not be given as a "Free Shipping" option. However, these service will be offered

Shipping policy

At Ground-Shaker it is important to us that your product arrives on time and in the best conditions.

All orders made before 12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time can be shipped and processed on the same day. However, handling time for order(s) are off 1 day which is the next business day.

Orders made after 12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the next Business days.

Orders are shipped on Business day's only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

 

*Exceptional circumstances may require additional time, in which our representatives will contact the buyer.

For Example, circumstances such as the availability of a High Demand Item(s) or Item(s) that require any alterations, modifications, or changes.

We are unable to ship to PO Box address(s).

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged or lost in transit by the carrier (FedEx).

 Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed with (Fedex), and was approved by both the carrier and Ground-shaker.

Ground-Shaker does the best to have the item delivered in its finest condition. Please understand that as an item is handled during transit slight wear and tear can appear. Ground-Shaker will not ship any item that presents any wear and tear to the consumer. Normal wear and tears can appear if the carrier does not properly handle the enclosure.

Please allow an extra day for delivery before filing a claim.

 

Tracking

All tracking numbers will be assigned to packages upon fulfilment. Our distribution center will assign a tracking number when orders have been checked out and paid for.

Tracking numbers will be found in confirmation emails as well as in your order history on www.Ground-Shaker.com Please allow us & our preferred carrier (UPS) 48 hours before tracking your item(s).

Orders containing more than one Item(s) will be shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Each tracking number may be sent in a bundle or separately all depending on availability, these tracking numbers may arrive in separate confirmation emails.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as items that have drilling marks, modifications, tamper marks or any other sort of mark or design that was not made by Ground-Shaker.

Once AGAIN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL A RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND, BE MADE IF MARKINGS, OR DRILLING'S AND INSTALLATION OFF A SUBWOOFER WERE MADE IN THE ENCLOSURE.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the amount that Ground-Shaker paid to ship the enclosure will also be deducted from the refund.

Any item(s) returned after 3o days will be subjected to pay a restocking fee, a returning fee, handling fee, and a shipping fee.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (CARRIER DAMAGE).

(CARRIER DAMAGE) is when the item is in transit to its destination and it wasn't handled properly.

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for another model we can also do that for you. Buyer will have to send the box back to us and pay for the new items shipping cost.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
