i ordered this box on the 13th of January and still havent received a tracking number or an update on when this will be delivered. they said in their notes on the website it would be processed and out for delivery within 2-3 business days and its well over that. ive sent severeal emails and called the number provided which noone ever answers and havent received any response. seems like a shady company to me. does anyone have any advice on how to get ahold of these people?
