Will this subwoofer box for a 2017 Toyota Tacoma double cab? Will I need to flatten the cubby brackets on the back wall behind the rear seat ? Will I have to remove any child seat restraints? Do you ship to Canada? How much for shipping to 12 Deib Cres , Markham, Ontario, Canada L3S3W1.

I just purchased this box and I have to say the build quality and the shipping time to ship this thing was amazing. I do have to add though I have the encloser loaded with JL 12 W1v2-4s which have a mounting depth of 5 1/4 and this box was supposed to be able to fit them with room to spare However I had to make so spacers out of 1/2 inch MDF to be able to fit them. which was not an issue because this box still allowed plenty of clerence with the seats. Another thing is I had to chip off the factory sound dampening at the bottom of where the box goes to clear the back wall support.

Mounted perfectly in my 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport Premium **BUT** there’s quite a few extra steps when it comes to mounting in the correct position.

Mounted perfectly in my 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport Premium **BUT** there’s quite a few extra steps when it comes to mounting in the correct position FOR 2023 TRD SPORT PREMIUM ONLY. FIRST, the factory JBL subwoofer needs to be removed completely and the factory JBL amp needs to be relocated and wiring rerouted (if planning on keeping the factory head unit/ door speakers)->(which I utilized the under-seat storage for the time being and ran the wiring underneath the seat from the seatbelt area); SECOND, there is a parking assist computer mounted behind the storage panel of the rear driver side passenger seat. This needs to be removed and rerouted in the same way as the factory amp **AFTER RELOCATION OF THE PARK ASSIST COMPUTER, THERE ARE TWO ANCHORED BOLTS FOR THE COMPUTER MOUNT THAT NEED TO BE CUT OFF OR HAMMERED DOWN// BE CAREFUL TO NOT DAMAGE THE BODY**; Once both the amp and park assist computer are relocated this box will fit exactly as advertised. I installed 2 Kicker Comp RT’s and there’s more than enough room for the subs to flex with the seats up or down. There’s even enough room to mount an amp directly on the face of the box in between the subs (if you have one that’s small enough). If I got this to fit in my new TRD Sport, it will ABSOLUTELY fit any other year/ model of Tacoma. When it comes to the box, the construction is just as solid as any other on the market and fits so snug there’s no need for extra mounting brackets. 5/5 would buy this for my taco any day!!!!!
