Is the air volume per chamber, or the combination of both chambers combine on the GS-TOYTX210B. I'm assuming each chamber is .68 cubic ft.

JL Audio 10TW3's cut out diameter requires 9 9/16ths cut out would you be able to make that adjustment, and if so would the speaker magnet fit in the box please let me know.
