GS-WXP112B black 12" single reinforced ported sub box

I have a Level 4 DC Audio 12 inch in this box and it sounds amazing.

Just got the box this morning shipping was fast and accurate however packaging is a total fail I will be contacting the company when they open the carpet on it is ripped from not being packaged right which is not a big deal cuz it's not like performance but the cosmetics of the box looks like crap all they did is wrap it in like shrink wrap and put cardboard corners around the box and then some tape so the way they build the box for shipping is they put them big copper Staples in well going down the road all it did was vibrate and it tore the carpet dented the MDF because MDF is a very soft material so the weight of the box crushing down on the Staples actually put dents in the box so as of right now I would never recommend this product to anybody I don't know how they're going to want to handle it yet I don't really care I can read carpet it myself but they're definitely going to have to knock some money off the price or something I mean I ordered a profab from down for sound maybe like 4 months ago in the packaging is night and day difference I mean cardboard was in there styrofoam even the airbags I mean everything this was literally wrapped and shrink wrap with some cardboard corners tape down the box and put in a box for shipping how do you expect that to make it all the way from California to Illinois without getting any type of damage I mean even even Baltic Birch could have got damaged shipped like that
