How come there's no logos on it..

Box is not the same as pictured no logos on the box at all just a blank black box and corners are different and was not cut to size says 11 1/8 but my sub is 11 3/16 and it was loss had to add foam tape to fit so if you have the new l7 it's cutout is smaller then 1/8 so it's going to be super loss.. so the cutout on the box is bigger then 3/16 idk..
